Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We appreciate your business and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping timeframes and policies below.

1. Processing & Shipping Timeframes

• Dispatch Window: We aim to process and ship all products within 14 days of your order date.

• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (including tracking information, if applicable).

2. What to do if your order is delayed

• After 30 Days (Contact Us): If you have not received your items within 30 days of placing your order, please contact our support team immediately at sales@coreprintengineering.com.au. We will investigate the delay and work to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

• Refunds & Exchanges: If your order has not arrived after 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund or a product exchange.

  • Note: If the original items do eventually arrive after a refund or exchange has been processed, they must be returned to us. We will provide instructions on how to return the items.

3. Missing Orders (After 60 Days)

• 60-Day Guarantee: In the unlikely event that your item has still not arrived after 60 days from the order date, you are fully entitled to a guaranteed refund.
